He is a left-wing ideologue. There is no way he could ever be convinced to NOT support Obama-care. (Unless he did so because it doesn't include a "Public Option".) So in this regard, what makes this list of 23 considered to be "Nudge-able"..? What criteria was used to make anyone think that they are either: 1) Vulnerable in Nov. or 2) Open to constituent pressure prior to the HC vote (next week)..?
