Discuss updates and ideas for adjusting the Core Principles

Mission Statement

Discuss what you believe the mission of the FWB Tea Party should be. Where should we go, what should we do? This and the Vision Statement will show how we should direct resources to strengthen our Core Principles and accomplish Objectives.

Vision Statement

Discuss what you believe the vision of the FWB Tea Party should be. What do you think the group should look like by 2012? This and the Mission Statement will show how we should direct resources to strengthen our Core Principles and accomplish Objectives.

Objectives

Discuss those objectives that should be created to meet our Mission and Vision statements. What do we need to focus specifically on to make this country better? This will lead us to designing an Organizational Structure which is best suited to meeting our Objectives

Organizational Structure

Discuss which roles and working relationships are needed for the FWB Tea Party to accomplish our Objectives. We will codify responsibilities in the Rules section. The Organizational Structure will be in place to carry out specific Actions which are to meet our Objectives.

Actions

Discuss Actions we should take that accomplish specific Objectives. It is a waste of precious resources to take actions that don't accomplish anything of importance. To build a strong organization, we must always have a bigger picture in mind when calling any Actions.

Rules and Bylaws

Discuss rules regarding voting, working relationships, balance of power within the organization, how to spend money, how to remove officers, how to decide how to change the Core Principles, Mission/Vision Statements, Objectives, Organizational Structure, which actions to take, who decides which actions to take, then how to change these rules in the future, if/when necessary.

Discuss Political Issues

We can discuss specific issues in this section (ie Healthcare, Cap and Trade, Tax Hikes, etc)

FWB Tea Party Events

Discuss upcoming and current FWBTP events.

Local Government Regulations

What governmental issues affect us here locally?

Florida Government Regulations

Post up current controversial regulations here, and discuss.

Federal Government Regulations

Discuss regulations that affect the entire country.

Any off-top talk belongs here.
