Responsible to:   Organization Chairman

Qualifications:

• Understands and supports the FWB Tea Party  principles
• Desire to improve their communities
• Works face-to-face with community members
• Requires flexible work hours
• Has a passion for working with and educating  others
• Has good communication skills

Job Summary:

• Focuses on contact with community members  through the first-hand delivery of programming
• Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates  outreach programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves on the Executive Committee
• Offers educational programs and assistance to  members of the community
• Involves overseeing workshops, programs, staff  members and often volunteers
• Serves as a liaison between other organizations  within the community that share similar goals
